Burgundy Wine Tasting

Start the New Year off right enjoying of some of the great wines of Burgundy! No previous wine knowledge is expected for this fun and informal tasting. We start with a comparison of a Bourgogne Chardonnay vs a proper Chablis. From there we go south and savour a Beaujolais-Villages. We finish the tasting with a comparison of Bourgogne Pinot Noir to the more complex and fuller Cotes de Nuit.
